Privacy & cookies
This page explains what data Pulso Social Marketing collects when you visit this site, how we use it, and how you can change your mind. We keep the list short on purpose — we do not sell data and we do not run retargeting.
Cloudflare Web Analytics (always on)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure how the site is performing — page views, how fast pages load, and which pages are popular. It is designed to work without cookies and without collecting personal information.
Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. No data is sold on or shared with advertising networks.
Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept)
If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on top of Cloudflare Web Analytics. GA4 lets Audrey measure Google Ads campaigns — specifically, whether a paid click led to a contact-form submission.
When GA4 is active it captures: the pages you visit, how long you stay, the referring link, your general location (country / region, derived from your IP and then discarded), and a randomly generated visitor ID stored in a cookie. It does not capture your name, email, phone, or the content of the contact form.
If you click "Decline" — or if you never see the banner — GA4 is never loaded in your browser.
The `pulso_consent` cookie
When you click Accept or Decline on the cookie banner we save your choice in a small cookie called `pulso_consent`. The cookie only stores the word "accepted" or "declined" — it contains no personal information and no tracking identifier.
The cookie lasts for one year. It is set with `SameSite=Lax` and `Secure`, meaning it is only sent over HTTPS. You can delete it at any time via your browser, or via the "Change consent" button below.
The contact form
The contact form collects five fields — name, email, business (optional), phone (optional), and your message. When you submit the form we send it straight to Audrey's inbox at `info@pulsosocial-marketing.com` using Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a newsletter. Your submission is not stored in a database on our side.
To keep out spam we temporarily note the IP address of the submitter in Cloudflare Workers KV for five minutes. This stops the same IP submitting repeatedly. If you include a phone number we also keep a one-way hash of the number against the same five-minute window, so a single spammer cannot flood the form from multiple phones. These notes expire automatically.
Change your consent
Use the button below to clear your choice. The banner will re-appear so you can accept or decline again. Your scroll position is preserved — the page does not reload.
